About us
Unmasking Potential is a neurodiversity led workplace culture consultancy:
training, consultancy and resources for employers, schools and organisations.
Other disabilities are covered too, well beyond a baseline level. Many of the
adaptations for neurodiversity benefit everyone.
What we believe
When a flower doesn't bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not
the flower.
Our values
- Strength comes in many forms.
- Not understanding something doesn't make it untrue.
- Celebrate strengths and positives.
- Everyone makes mistakes, and learning from them is what matters.
- Honest communication is key.
