What it looks like in real life
An example
Customers email photos and a description of the job. The build reads each enquiry and drafts a quote in the firm's own wording and prices, ready in the morning. The owner checks each one and sends it. Quotes that took 20 minutes now take 5. That saves about 5 hours a week.
An example
Enquiries come in by email and phone, quotes are typed in Word, jobs go on a whiteboard, and invoices are done on Sunday nights. The build drafts the quote, books the job into the calendar when the customer says yes, and raises the invoice in QuickBooks when the job is done. The owner gets back about 8 hours a week.
Our first client
A structural engineering practice. An average job took the owner 8 hours: about 2 on site and 6 at the desk. The aim is 3 hours a job. We are building the desk side: replies to enquiries, fee proposals and quotes, job set up, site notes and reports, and drawing checks. The build is under way.

These are starting prices. Your final price depends on what you need, and we agree it in writing before any work starts. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. Our terms
