Most policies are written to be filed, not read. Press the button to see what we do to them.

An example policy, not a real employer's.

Before

4.2 Requests for Reasonable Adjustments (Procedural Requirements)

Employees who consider that they may require a reasonable adjustment in accordance with the organisation's obligations under the Equality Act 2010 should, in the first instance and subject to the provisions of section 7.3 hereof, submit a written request to their line manager, who shall acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe and, where appropriate, refer the matter to Human Resources for further consideration, following which a determination will be communicated in due course.

How it runs

  1. A 30 minute call to learn about your organisation and what you want to change.
  2. We shape the session around your workplace, using your own examples.
  3. We deliver it, at your place or online.
  4. You get the resources, a feedback summary and three suggestions for next steps.
